When you get done with a hard workout, the last thing you want to do is go out in public in your sweat drenched clothing. And there is nothing worse than putting on a stiff pair of jeans and a button up post workout. If you are heading out straight from the gym, here are a few of my must have pieces. These will keep you comfortable yet stylishly pulled together, without having to run around in your skintight capri’s and workout tanks.

Thank goodness guys are catching on to the whole upscale fitness wear trend. I love men in their Lulu! It fits better and definitely looks way better than an old tee shirt and running shorts. If you want to help your guy step up his fitness game, here are some fun ideas…

Since fitness is our family business, we are constantly looking for new lines of fitness apparel. I randomly discovered Brasil Sul via Instagram. They are a Brazilian based company making bright and colorful fitness apparel.
You won’t believe this, but Brasil Sul pants are one size fits (most) 0-12! The supplex material stretches up to 500% of its original size without stretching out and losing its shape. They are cute enough to wear from the gym to running errands! I paired them with the Lululemon Vinyasa Scarf which can be worn many different ways; I am kind of obsessed with this piece (and it’s only $48!)
One lucky winner will take home a pair of Brasil Sul pants of their choice! … Continue Reading

I sat and watched as she showed a friend the many ways to tie her invention, the Lali Wrap. It can be a halter, a crop top, a turban or just a scarf.
When Katherine was designing this piece she wanted to create something easy, practical and that was universally flattering on all women. After spending months in southeast Asia, she met a villager in Bali who made her product dream come to life! This piece is manufactured and made locally in Los Angeles, California (hence the “LA”) and Inspired by her adventure taken in Bali, Indonesia (hence the “LI”).
I often am running to and from the gym and need something to throw on over my workout gear. In the summer it’s too hot for a jacket and all you want is something lightweight.… Continue Reading
