Happy Sunday! The snow is coming down like crazy in Kansas City but I am trying not to let it get me down. I just feel like this has been the longest winter ever. Let’s just hope that school isn’t cancelled AGAIN tomorrow!
Last week I did a news segment featuring transitional fashions. I pulled from local boutiques and Old Navy for a “cheap and chic” look. I am all about blazers, blouses and lightweight sweaters for these next few months!
Look on Left is head to Old Navy (Scarf, Blazer, Pants, necklace )
Middle is from In Clover in Corinth Square (do not have blouse resource, denim, booties, necklace by Virgins Saints and Angels)
Right is from Alysa Rene in Park Place (sweater, jeans (which are SO cute on), necklace by Kansas City designer Julie Zancanelli)
I wore my new favorite Old Navy pants...you guys they are $15 in store and $18 online! LOVE. I have them in navy/black and I think I might need them in black and white too! Paired with my budget find H&M blazer, black tank and my House of Harlow necklace (c/o shopbop.com)
For those of you not in KC, you can shop some of the pieces here
I attended a sip n see for a friend and her new baby girl! It’s always fun to celebrate a new baby! My friend Rachel is an amazing hostess that has impeccable taste and is ever so creative!

And guess what, the Old Navy pants made another appearance! I got so many compliments on them; it’s hard to believe they were only $15.
Baby Lulu had a signature drink and it was delicious, I highly recommend it for any party!earrings from Etsy ($10 my friends!!!)
and our group for the evening…
